Golden Parnassus All Inclusive Resort & Spa Hotel’s Reviews

The location was nice and the staff was very friendly , the food was very good it is a small resort thou didn't like that we had to pay extra for WIFI . I had a good time the only thing I wished they did was have more entertainment the 1st night we arrived they had a Mexican party which was very nice but the 2nd night which was a Saturday was very quiet and No entertainment except Karaoke . We were told the pool closes at 6pm which I thought was silly also they do not have any non motor sports equipment and the tennis court doesn't have a net . I recommend rooms on the top floor since the lobby can get loud you can hear it in the rooms .This is a nice resort if you just want to relax by the pool .

Yo y mi pareja quedamos 5 dias en ese maravilloso hotel, en lo mes de febrero de 2020, donde desfrutamos de muy buena comida y bebida...los espacios del hotel son bien decorado con buena luminosidad...la atención de los funcionarios fueran excelentes.... todo es muy bueno y con cereteza volveremos en lo proximo ano....gracias por todo

Mi esposo y yo estuvimos 7 dias, fue nuestra primera vez en este hotel y nos encanto, mil veces lo recomiendo. Muy limpio, el servicio super amable y atentos.

Un excelente servicio, me gustó mucho. Lástima que el servicio de wifi sea tan costoso, es un servicio que en el mundo entero se ha vuelto súper necesario y más cuando viajas solo. Por el resto todo perfecto, la habitación impecable, la comida deliciosa, las personas con actitud de servicio. Creo que volveré!

We where there a couple days ago a very small resort but worth the money NO KIDS...rooms are ok but ask the desk which is the best floor to stay on its very noisey. We would go back next year hope they make some upgrades .

My husband and I just got home a couple days ago .we had a great time but I agree with others free wifi would be great . The resort is small but very clean and great staff but the real thing we missed was no mini bar with beer and water . That's a must for next year.

I planned this trip for my mother, sister and myself. The Parnassus was wonderful, clean, friendly staff, food, everything was perfect! The only issue I can voice is I wish we had queen size beds, other than that I highly recommend this resort, and am already thinking of returning sometime in the future..

I came here for a Mother/Daughter trip. We loved it. It was in a nice location and it was clean. The staff was great. All week long they were calling us sisters. Very friendly. Elias at the Steak house was a excellent waiter. Actually the staff everywhere was great. The cons is: I do not like wearing a wristband all week and only get 2 bottles of water a day in room. Also, no refrigerator in room and should have free Wi-Fi. Also, I would stay on 5th or 6th floor because the lobby gets very loud and the rooms are right there on 2-4 floors. Otherwise, I would go back again. Great location to take a bus for $1.00 to go downtown. Miss it already!!

i have been to the golden 9 times now. this year was one of the best. although the hotel is older, it is extremely clean and well maintained. a good example of that is the restrooms closest to the beach. angeles does a wonderful job of keeping them immaculate. there is never sand in them!! that is amazing. the staff are friendly and do a great job. the only complaint we had was the hamburgers in the breeze. not sure what they are now, but it sure isn't beef! and if you watch, most of them get thrown out after a couple of bites. more hot dogs go out of the breeze now than hamburgers. this was a big disappointment for my husband, who loves the burgers there! the nacho cheese could be upgraded also. other than that, another wonderful trip to the golden.
